i love dog faced puffers, if i had room, or another tank i would take him in a heart beat, they always brought those in the place i shall not name that i used to work at, i think that will be in my next tank that i start lol

Yeah I love the dogface puffers as well but know they do get big and need a FO tank as he would eat my clams and any invert.

This guy is a very gentle fish. Amazing you can put him with small fish and seems to leave them alone. He is actually shy at times. But is very personable and definately has to see what your doing at all times.

Would love to see him have a good home in a big tank... If anyone is interested but the money held you back, I would consider a trade for a frag or free, just to get him a good home.

Can you give me the exact dimentions on the tank/stand?

How big is your little puffer? He looks so sweet!

Tank is 29 3/4 L x 12 1/2 W x 16 1/2 H


Stand is 30 L x 13 1/2 W x 28 3/4 H


Also puffer is 5 1/2 Long (nose to tail) & 1 1/2 wide. :lol:

I'm definatly interested, in the stand. The puffer I would love to give a good home! I have to do some measuring and such!

I will take him I was looking at them at big als to day. I nee dto do some minor work on my tank foist it is bran new.

Hi guys,


Since the tank and stand fit together, I wanted to sell them both together.


The puffer is only a baby now but he will get big, as he has the potential to grow to over a foot in length. The Dogface Puffer should be kept only in larger aquariums and in a FISH ONLY tank (will eat inverts). Looking for a tank of at least 110gal or higher.

Only thing left is... DOGFACE PUFFER STILL UP FOR GRABS? Needs nice size home though for when he grows up. :lol:
