if you ever had to frequent the steam forums you would know why this should be mandatory viewing.

steam forums..?? :confused:

steam is the online component for half-life based games like counter-strike and day of defeat. cs has been out for over 5 years now and there are hundreds of thousands of players so their forums are a bit insane to try and get info on. when they release game patches or updates you can post a message and hit refresh and your thread has bumped back a page in 2 mins.

Quite a good way to spend a couple of minutes & get another post :lol:

ahha, that is hilarious.

it is true, on steam when HL2 was released it was just a blur of posts..the DAY HL2 came out in canada (a day later than the us release date) I checked the forums for problems relating to choppy sound...this is THE DAY AFTER it was released and there was a thread "choppy sound?" at about 200 replies and over 2000 views...started on the day of release...that's insane..I thought you could get lost on reef central..
