There's some green macro in the background growing.. I have the exact same stuff in my tank but have yet to ID it. Do you know what it is? Reminds me of a caulerpa but I've never seen it before it popped out of my rock.

Hm, I don't recall what that pic looked like.

I can't believe that seahorse pic with the Santa Hat and red nose made it in as a finalist. I thought it was a joke entry. Its also in 3rd place.

Sam, IIRC the fourth post in the contest was of a gorgeous mandarinfish. I guess he got it off somebodys website or something.

I think you get a gift certificate from MarineDepot. I didn't get one last time but you should see if you can get it even though you are in Canada. You can buy something with it and get it shipped to Blaine or Pt. Roberts and then pick it up when you drive down there.

At that time, the prizes were a gift certificate to MarineDepot and a RDO item from their website. However, I was told that because I was in Canada, I would only get an RDO item and not the gift certificate. I assume this was because MarineDepot doesn't ship to Canada. So now that I ship those kind of things to the US, I would probably have insisted on getting the certificate anyways and using it to buy and ship the items to the US.
