kuatto 12-16-2004 07:55 PM

Looks alot better than it did sitting in my garage  Still can't believe you cut in down to half the total gallons

Hey....I can tell there is a tiny spot in the back that looks a little crooked... It looks like the glass was cut crooked or something...''cough cough"

:x-mas:

looks good Harvey, you did a good job of covering those holes in the bottom..

Hey do guys mind if i pick you brains on the setup of that thing?

I just bought a 16" cube and want to do the same kind of thing, with everything hidden like that

Hi Mark,

PM me with any/all the questions you have. I'll be glad to help. Or, you can make a new thread in the DIY section and everyone there will chime in

I'm curious, how much natural daylight does the tank get? Have you noticed any algae because of it?

mr_alberta 03-22-2005 03:26 PM

Those blinds are always closed, so it gets very little natural sunlight. I do open them occasionally and will probably open them more during the summer months, so I'll keep you posted.

Before I had MH or even PCs over my tank I was able to keep a few SPS under NO lighting because it got several hours of sunlight each day. I found it pretty neat!
