Ok i have offerd up to host a meeting on September 7th. It will be at my place (surrey area) and will be from 4:00 to when ever. Let me Know if you are intrested in atending.

As I mentioned in the other thread, if any of you Islanders decide to walk on I can pick up to four of you at the Tsawwassen (<---who came up with the spelling of that?) terminal.

let me get a few things figured out and if i need anything brought i'll let you know. as well, we still need somthing to talk about. So if some one wants to do a disscution on.. oooh lets say coral propogation (hint hint) just send me a Email. Unless everyone would rather just a meet and greet!?! AS well... I would be willing to Make up some Burgars and hot dogs if ya'll are up for that. Let me know... i need input.

I think we should have a frag trading session.
I have some colt and xenia to trade. I also have some different kinds of mushrooms, but I don't know how to get them off the rock.
I hope to see everybody there.

I would like to attend and will be coming from Tsawwassen so I could do a small, no more than 4 pick up from the Tsawwassen terminal.

Hi Kris,

I Would like to bring something aswell,just let me know what i can help with.

The workshop is an awesome idea,but i would feel uncomfortable without a little more time to prepare a decent or atleast informative session.

Aswell,Jamie and i have some concerns with removing a coral,travelling in buckets,fragging them and placing back in buckets where glue and mucous would soon kill most sps.

I would like to plan one meeting for spring here,that way many types of corals could be done and they will recover quickly being put back in the frag tanks right away.

On a side note and some food for thought,

If a true club could be established,we would gladly donate a few corals.
These could then be fragged as a workshop,and individual corals could be bagged and taken individually with the participants, atleast insuring good health for acclimation.
With proceeds going to the club and its future efforts.

Sorry to decline at this time,but we will definatly plan one in the near future.

Could i still come and just hang with you guys ? ;)

Bad news every one. Its starting to look like i will not be able to host the metting here on that day. Something has come up on that weekend that i have to be there for. I would be willing to push it back a week to the 14th, or some one eles is more then welcome to host it. Sorry to do this to you all. I was really hoping to meet every one for once and talk about how every one has thier tank set up. Again im sorry to do this to you all.

thanks to who ever did change the name in the post. Just to let every one know. i might pop on the board to check out who has added them selves to the list for september 14th. But i may not respond right away. make take a day or two. I have a deadline for a project creeping up quickly on me, thous i have alot of work to do. (this post is at 3am) But i will be getting everything ready for the get to geather.

Just got back in town. I think it's time for me to head out to one of the club meetings. I might need to work on one of the Saturdays but 14th sounds okay to me now and count me in.

Wow looks like its going to be a house full,

There is a few things i was going to and wanting to mention.

- Would any one be up for doing a tank tour that day? and is there any one who would like to show off there tank. I was thinking of keeping it on this side of the river.

- What about LFS hopping as well. (we can do this at the same time of the tank tour)

- frag trade any one?

- lastly would it be alright if i held this meeting/get to geather at none aquatic facility? My brother has a nice place we can all pile into if that is alright with you all!?!

Jeanna, I can drive over if there isn't anybody for pick up.. Steve was mentioning that he might be going, but he doesn't know for sure yet.. I will be going for sure one way or another.
