Shipping costs

Man it pains me to order Foz down from down from you guys i need like 1 maybe 2 bottles and its 30$ to ship it and to make it free i need 200 $ and i dont need 10 bottles of the stuff it just seems so steep i know with the rock and stuff its expensive but for me to order 2 bottles of foz down its 50$ and 30 shipping seems a bit crazy 30$ to ship 2 8oz bottles

Love the product and love the stuff but hard for me to justify

So where are they being shipped from and by which carrier are you wanting it shipped by?

Craigdillman 01-11-2016 09:24 PM

its flat 29$ shipping I'm in alberta

lpsreefer 01-11-2016 09:24 PM

Did you try calling to see what shipping is?
I know the website has a basic shipping fee, but if you call he well get you the best possible price he can.

always better to call instead of posting

Craigdillman 01-11-2016 09:26 PM

im not trying to make it a problem and I've had nothing but success with the product just the cost seems so high

Craigdillman 01-11-2016 09:27 PM

and he is the only place in canada you can order it i believe

I realize that you are in Lethbridge but where is the shipment coming from...Vancouver / Burnaby or Quebec? Makes a huge difference in actual shipping costs depending on what carrier you use. So to clarify I asked WHERE is it being shipped from and by which carrier?

Not sure where he is located in, but for example if i order from reef supplies ( in Quebec) or big reef depot ( ontario ) its usually 10$ shipping average, I'm sure its something as simple as he so used to shipping rock and heavy sand that he hasn't changed the price for the other stuff

I had 2lb of fijicrete shipped, pretty sure I paid nowhere near $29 for shipping. Call Eli for a quote!

Craigdillman 01-11-2016 10:14 PM

thanks guys the question has been answered :thumb:
We understand the frustration of paying high shipping on small purchases and hope in the future to resolve this issue not only by asking to give a call or an email but to see it on our webpage.
