Any Custom Aquarium builder on the West Coast ?
 

Not sure where I should post this - so I decided here !
Look to purchase an upgrade - thinking 72"x30"x24".
Been trying to deal with Concept , getting a little frustrated . Everything seems to take forever . Not trying to **** anyone off but damm.
So , is there any other custom aquarium builders ???
If there is , please let me know quality . I don't mind waiting if the quality is there !!!

there is a guy that comes into king ed that builds tanks.ask ron for his number

j&l does, not sure who they use though

Pretty sure their tanks come from concept now

IMO no one out this way that can compare to concepts quality, perfection takes time

Is it normal to be told : I'll change the initial drawing & get back to you in a day or 2 , then after 4 days try & contact someone & it still takes days for them to respond.
Just curious , I know they're probably busy but I'm willing to spend thousands of $ with them & not feeling too confident with the company so far.

I'd say communication is probably Concept's biggest weakness/flaw. It's annoying as a customer. Call him instead of emailing him.

Delta aquatics makes them also. I've had basic ones built by them before. Not sure if they would do anything more adventurous?

I think H2O is still on the west coast...J&L used to use them. Concepts tanks are much nicer though.

Thousands on a tank but you feel paying long distance to actually talk to someone is to much ? Im confused

Finally got a hold of them & finalized tank order.
Now I guess I should start a tank journal !
