Not 100% sure but I think they look like pink hippos. Google them and see for yourself.

It has colored up a bit more now and grown a little.

Still think it is a Candy Apple of some description?

"Candy Apple" refers to the green center. Candy Apple Red will have the green center and red around it, Candy Apple Orange has green center and orange around it...see where I'm going? :D Yours might be Candy Apple Reds as I've seen them brown out to look similar to yours, but the trouble is that Zoas (and pretty much most other corals) will look different under different conditions. Right now yours look like Candy Apple "Brown".
