Not receiving emails anymore?
 

How come I'm not receiving emails to my phone anymore when I get a new PM?
Is this happening to anyone else? Thanks

so I take it you didn't get a notification that I replied to this. I still got it. Have you checked your spam folder, made sure any emails that come from canreef.com are on your safe list, etc?

I couldnt find any reason for you not to receive notifications... however you both use hotmail so perhaps its a hotmail thing?? :neutral:

I'm getting notifications from subscribed threads but still not getting any for PMs

Sam: you had "do not subscribe" to email subscriptions checked off. No idea why it switches like that but a heads up to everyone to make sure you have notifications enabled (ie. instant email notification) checked off in your profile.

Hi Christy. Thanks for checking. It was just that one time that I didn't receive an Email copy of my PM. Sorry I didn't reply to say that everything went back to normal. For email subscription from threads, I actually turned that off as I didn't wish to have emails notifications from threads.
