95 Gallon Seamless Bowfront Tank, Stand and Lights - $350

Need this gone.

beautiful tank.
Seamless bowfronts make some of the nicest reefs IMO.

50lx18wx24d - great aquascaping dimensions.

This tank is not drilled.

In good condition, a few scratches but nothing major.

The light is a simple fixture I built. - 50lx16wx8d
It comes with an Icecap ballast that will power ANY fluorescent bulbs.

I have it hooked up to 2 110 VHO's (4 48" VHO 454 actinic bulbs included).

If you haven't seen what 110 watt VHO's do to phosphorescent corlas, ou are inf or a treat.

This ballast can also overpower T5's...Icecap ballasts are top quality.

Also includes 2 - Hamilton Reefstars 250w HQI with Hamilton Ballasts.

350$ obo.

I feel like this is a really good deal but will STILL consider offers.

Could also sell you the tank with an 8 bulb Tek fixture.

Will sell tank/stand separate from lights.

Bump

Seamless bow front.

Same as a bow front but one continuous, curved piece of glass on the front.

acepumping 01-21-2015 11:59 PM

There's no bow on it.. it's a simple curved corner tank.
But still nice. Too bad it's not drilled no more lol..

Nice first post.

Here's a couple fts from when the tank was running...

Might help conceptualize the possibilities.

These are referred to as seamless bow fronts by many manufacturers.

The curved corners create a sort of bow.

Not that it really matters...if you buy it, you can call it whatever you want to.

Drilled tanks suck ime.

I'm in the minority, but I love the ease of cleaning and significantly less real estate required offered by an overflow.

Lots of fish also love hanging out underneath it...,assessors and grammas in particular.

gobytron 01-22-2015 01:59 AM

Not sure if it's tempered.

bigreefer 01-22-2015 04:29 AM

I personally like the pussy cat

Coral Hoarder 01-22-2015 06:11 AM

Drilled tanks are great (that's my opinion)
Yours should be an opinion not a statement lol

I am not looking to debate the merits of overflow versus drilled.

Been there, done that....do a search.

Nor would I care to debate the imagined differences between an opinion and a statement.

This tank and stand are pending.

Light still available.

gobytron 01-23-2015 04:27 PM

Tank and Stand both for sale.

gobytron 01-24-2015 07:10 PM

Open to offers this weekend.

Once I put the new floor in one part of my basement, I won't be so motivated to see this gone.

Hopefully done by Sunday...

I'm around all weekend.

gobytron 01-26-2015 10:13 PM

bump.

Coral Hoarder 01-26-2015 10:59 PM

This is not a bow front bow front indicates that the front piece of glass is shaped like a semi circle or a lesser angel

It is however an awsome looking tank

This has already been addressed.

The is a seamless bowfront.

This is what the manufacturers who make them call them.

Try using your google.

It can help prevent you from looking like an idiot....so will reading a thread in it's entirety to ensure you aren't just repeating the same useless thing someone else already has said or asked.

I will say again, you can buy this tank, and call it whatever your uninformed little heart wants to call it.

While I own it, I will call it the same thing the manufacturers do...

A seamless Bow Front.

Coral Hoarder 01-27-2015 05:24 PM

Lmao does that mean all seamless tanks are bow front like bio cubes or red sea max

gobytron 01-27-2015 05:48 PM

hey man, if you want to discuss this, please PM me, I would be happy to show you how to use google through private messaging.

gobytron 02-02-2015 04:34 PM
