Controller for skimmer
 

I'm having problem w skimmer cup being overflow back to sump after a power outage, is there a controller or device I can plug the skimmer into to delay the power for the skimmer when power is restored ? Something affordable not too over fancy ;)

Affordable? Might want to quantify that. $10? $100? $1000? There are several things including restart delays and float switches that you could do with an Apex and the Jr starts at $250.
