Reef meet/frag fest
 

We are excited to announce that on sept 7 we will be holding a reef meet/frag fest:mrgreen:

start time will be 12 to 6 on that sunday

we will have tables, chairs, kids play area and a bbq/drinks for anyone coming by.

each vendor will have they own table and tanks setup for you to enjoy. vendors or hobbies who have a setup are welcome to take the tanks(48x20x12) home with them after the show but equipment has to stay with us:lol:
this will be free to anyone who wants to be involved!
vendor who are outside of the calgary area will be offer a free one night stay at a hotel by us if they wish to come for the show

now on too the fun stuff:mrgreen:

concepts will be giving a away credits each hour of the show
this will be how it works

-at 12 oclock whoever is here with get one ticket for a draw
-the winner of the first draw will get $50 credit for any of the vendor of their chosing. the remaining tickets will carry forward for the next draw
-at 1 the second draw will be $75 same as above rules
-at 2 the third draw will be $100 same as above rules
-at 3 the four draw will be $125 same as above rules
-at 4 the fifth draw will be $150 same as above rules
-at 5 the sixth draw will be $175 same as above rules

We will as be having random draws for door prizes

i just finish working out a deal for 150 ish frags of red planet that we should be able to sell for around $15 or so:cool:

I think I will have some stations with tools for people to build different aquascapes and the winner by vote will take the entire works.
so everyone get ready for some crazy rock work as I will have over 1000lbs of mix Pukani, premium Fiji, Tonga shelf and Branch to play with...
and yes another prize will be take as much rock as you can carry (rules will follow)
Lots and lots of prizes to be claimed...

Start to gather up all your extra goodies be it livestock , dry goods , DIY foods or products etc. there's lots of room and if you need an extra large space just let us know and we will take care of it:)

Buy , sell , trade or give away

This day will be packed with discounts and deals from all sorts of hobbyist , Businesses and names in the hobby and you'll get to see all sorts of unique corals and fish , talk to the fish breeders in person and enjoy a day of meet and greet.

Drop on over or Bring the family and spend the day with us.
