Panduit / Cord hiders locally?
Looking for these fancy cord hiders for my build. Anyone know where to get these?

I'll usually pick up from a Electronics supplier but have seem at big Electric supply businesses (eg EECOL Electric, Westburne), Imagine would be same in Calgary.

EECOL is where I got mine in Saskatoon. Not cheap stuff though :(
|
That stuff is called panduit. I got a quote from a supplier here in Burnaby and it was $60 for a 6 foot strip of 1x1. Thankfully a friend had 2ft spare so I swapped him for a 10gallon tank.
Its nice stuff, but a nightmare if you ever have to access it or remove the cover to change out anything electrical. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk |
You can try B&E Electronics down in the south (not far from Shaw GMC if that helps) or Active Electronics across from Big Als if that's any easier but yeah I imagine EECOL and Westburne would also have it.

Why is it a nightmare? Just becuase all the wires fall out when you take the covers off? |
I should just say I have a nightmare. Its so snug in my stand that its hard to get too.
If you have space/access its good to use Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk |
Thanks everyone. I'll go on the hunt and see if I can track it down.

Called B&E - They have 6 ft sections, 2"X2" in white (exactly what I was looking for) for $18.47 + tax. Not bad at all!! I'll be headin over there shortly.
|
Good luck getting out of there without buying half the shop... :)

Good find. Glad I didn't buy any at $60 for a 6ft strip with cover.
