Photo upload help!
 

I can never seem to remember how to upload a photo.

So I uploaded a new photo to Flickr
Clicked on that photo
Copy the URL under 'grab the link'
Come to CanReef, reply to thread
Click 'insert image'
Paste URL
and all I get is this
http://www.flickr.com/photos/wford/11362392774/

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Does Flicker have an img code? That is the one I use from PhotoBucket.

You need to grab the BBcode from the share bottom and put it in image quote:

[IMG]http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2867/1...89b370666e.jpg

It's got an HTML and BB code, but no img code. Neither of which work.

Yah grab the BBcode and paste it here....it has the [img] code.

Hot damn... that worked... I'll have to write that down!! LOL.

You don't have to put the code in the [IMG][/IMG] quote. BBCode has that tag in it.

Upload image to facebook. Right click. Copy URL. Paste

That's the weirdest looking water change system I've ever seen...

I just upload image from my desktop to my photo album on Canreef and copy the URL - then delete picture when it's served its purpose

I'm old and find this easy

Crap on a stick!!! This works too!

But that's only gonna work if:

1. the photo is set to public
2. you have a fb :D

Right on one point you do need facebook. I have had no problems linking a picture that's not set to public unless someone has never mentioned it wasn't working I guess I could try
