Help ID please.
Hey guys, so I had my camera out this evening to snap some pictures and noticed this hitchhiker in my tank. Can someone help me to ID it? Sorry for the blurry Digital SLR pics.

I'd try to catch it and put in in your sump. Just to be safe. Until you get a positive id.

Its ReefSafe!!!
|
All right!
I have been searching for 40 yrs for one of these in the LFS's Do you think there might be more? Probably fetch a premium eh? |
I'm getting conflicting information here guys? Please help! I don't want it to eat my prized Blue Clove Polyps. Safe or not safe ?? HELP!
|
Designer collection, for sure. Should fetch big bucks for that one... Can it be fragged, or do you have to wait for them to spawn?...
|
Mermaidensis arieli maybe?
I kinda thought they were taller than that though.... |
Definitely NOT reef safe!
It comes with Caribbean crabs and an affinity to selling out the colony to black and purple octopi who will octopimp the tank inhabitants. If you notice two fleshy protrusions coming from the tail, it is too late because it already lured the octopimp out of hiding. Best run GFO and extra Hail Marys' in your prayer reactor. |
You guys are too funny!

And little breading and into the fryer.....
|
Sell her to the Mad Jelly boys, I think she might be able to help out the pew-pew crew!
|
She'll end up acting like the princess of your tank. Nothing but trouble...
|
I'm pretty sure they have a tendency for ending up out of water.
A secure cover is a must. |
