I think those are trying to be GBTAs but the lighting is off.... do they bubble up at all?

user129 10-11-2013 03:11 AM

sometimes they do

user129 10-13-2013 10:19 PM

I do believe they are gbta

HaZRaTTy 10-13-2013 11:12 PM

Make sure they are not manjoes? I would say they're manjoes before GTBA's

Magickiwi 10-14-2013 01:23 AM

GBTA

HaZRaTTy 10-14-2013 01:46 AM

Sorry don't want to railroad your thread but I'm quite sure those are
Manjos.

Quick search green manjo anemone on Google and go from there.

How did you get them in your tank? Do you have a gbta?

SeaHorse_Fanatic 10-14-2013 02:20 AM

Majano don't grow that big. If you compare the size of the green anemones with the aiptasia in the foreground, the greens are many times bigger. In my experience, big majano will split long before they reach this size. The smallest one in the front would be about as big as majano grow.

If I had to bet, I would place money on them being GBTAs, NOT majano.

Those are GBTAs for sure.

Coral Hoarder 10-14-2013 04:11 AM

my bet goes to gbt to majano dont get that big or that shape of ten tickle

1986CJ7 10-14-2013 05:38 AM

Haven't seen Majanos bubbling up. You can see a couple bubbles on those GBTAs.

+1
Pretty obvious that they are not majano. They look like the green version of my RBTA's. Mine haven't bubbled up for months for whatever reason.
