Well here are some updates:
More construction on the stand and getting ahead on the lighting. Messed up on the stand with the wood but it turned out ok. I actually used the wrong side of the plywood....oops. http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k9...t/DSC_0015.jpg Thank you Steve for the acrylic scraps and the glue repairs haahaa! http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k9...t/DSC_0034.jpg Getting near done, but I need to install the lights in the hood and get the last bits of wood on the hood around the tank perimeter. http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k9...t/DSC_0038.jpg I will get a construction tally for applicable cost for the budget once I am done, then comes livestock and water changes haahaa! The entire tank theme will be space oriented. Rock work, inhabitants, corals, hopefully everything will have a spin on it but we will see. The livestock budget is going to get tight but we will do our best! Game On! Wendy & Scott |
There is someone in your tank!
Stand looks good. Are staining it or painting? |
whats the reflective sheet for?
Kick ass stand. |
Here are some of the possible inhabitants, nothing is finalized yet though!
http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k9...s/DSC_0023.jpg http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k9...s/DSC_0031.jpg There are some neat fish and inverts that are on our list as well! |

Haahaa, we are actually staining it red mahogany... which just so happens to be the same colour as the wood you see on the inside of the stand...hence my mistake lol! |
That is beautiful! WOW!
