 That's a bit high, IMO. Like I said, to me, it's a $200-$250 fish.

 Can these go into a reef, or pretty much into a FOWLR type setup only?

 That is a pretty cool fish.  It looks like it is not reef safe though, it can grow up to 14 inches. This site says add with caution, I would not risk it.
