I re-aquascaped the tank on Friday.. took me 4 hours!!! I accidently bought a bunch of live rock , almost too much.. but I managed to get a decent aquascape. I've bought lots of new SPS frags.. etc, etc... sorry pics arent the best (its the camera) ... and there is a video of my reef.. not anything amazing but it's always better to see things "in motion" Enjoy..

Looking good. Your clam is looking healthy as well. They can be a bit tricky to keep and it looks like you are doing a good job.

man, i wish there was a local place I could go hook up with some sps. closest place is 3 hours away :|

OCDP 10-03-2005 02:10 AM

Thanks.. the clam actually isnt open as much as it usually is in that pic .. (the flash made it "flinch" ) if you will... but it is doing really well.

I just wish the closest place was only 3 hours away. Edmonton is the closest and it's like 8 hours. Thanks goodness for planes and people that are willing to ship!

Good work. It looks like the clowns are healthy now, and enjoying the RBTA. If I were to offer a critique, it would be that you should try to hide the Seio more. Not easy I know. I actually have the same problem in the 18" deep cube. In my way of thinking, the vertical housing is less intrusive.

OCDP 10-03-2005 02:20 AM

haha I know Bob.. it's not easy at all. It's in a perfect spot so my SPS get the right amount of flow... we'll see what I can do in the future .. I have been mucking about in the tank all weekend.. it's time I let things sit and grooooow... I keep moving things, etc, etc... I am bad for that.

Looking forward to your video

Very nice, hope everything got home safely. Found the green cap frag for ya.....

I usually place my Colt coral (med. size) on my Seio to help disguise it a bit.
