who here is into birds? I specificaly mean parrots. the story goes like this, a friend of mine has a aunt that passed away and she had 40 parrots, a few mated pairs of african greys and a bunch of another austrailian ones that you can't get in the US. anyways they are moving them to his place and going to be selling them so I am wondering what is the best way to get word out so he can make close to what they are worth?

Probably look for a bird BBS. Mated pairs of anything are worth more (to breeders, generally poor pet stock). Cockatoos are always worth a lot, some are stupidly expensive(Roses, Black).
I'm sure there are resources like Canreef (Canbirds?) where people would love to know what's available.

I used to have 53 birds...tell your friend to expect a bit of noise around the house until they're sold :biggrin:
