Thanks guys....I really noticed a difference after I started dosing "Kents Pytomax and Zoomax"....the millis in particular seem to loooooove it:biggrin: The tank really seems to be hitting its stride(its coming up on two years old soon). Nothing much has changed with the tank.....including the water(went over a month without a w/c:redface:), until recently.....I finally got in there and did about six hours work in the tank on holiday Monday......the "pony" tank had become overrun with about 5 different kinds of macros(will post pics in the "add-on" journal).....there was probably 4-5" of it in the bottom of a 5g pail.....that was REDONKULOUS.....I also fixed an avalanche that happened last week while I was cleaning the glass.....it felt good to pay attention to the tank again.(Ive been avoiding the tank lots lately:neutral:)...... some recent shots http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/IMGP3950.jpg http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/IMGP3952.jpg http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/IMGP3953.jpg http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/IMGP3954.jpg http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/IMGP3955.jpg |
WOW LOVE those clams in the last pic, those are the next kind of clam I am going to be looking for. Are those Maxima's Doug.
|
Ahhhh... All is well, another positive update... :pop2:
That first pic is pretty cool... just an impassable wall of SPS goodness. Can barely see the back of the tank! |

Cool pics...SPS craziness in pic 1! And if I had clams I would place them all in a bed of Zoas like in the last pic! They look so neat surrounded by them!
