Not quite understanding the logic of extending the deadline by a week for final pictures.

I'm just thinking of some people who may not be around or see this thread in time. I know Scott for one may be out of town and if so may miss this notice, also Ryan tends to work 16 hour shifts during the early week and may also miss it. We're barely giving 24 hours notice here, just doesn't seem fair since we've all put in 6 months worth of effort. What's the big deal if we postpone voting another week? Was it ever said voting will commence at midnight on April 15th?

Um, not to be picky but isn't the April 15th deadline clearly stated in the first post of this thread??

April 15th shouldn't be a surprise considering the 15th has been the deadline for every month anyways, and the 15th was stated in the rules from the beginning..

I don't have a problem meeting the tomorrow deadline and yes it clearly states and always has stated the end of the contest is April 15th but nothing about when voting will start and definitely nothing about total disqualification for missing this deadline. I also thought people could use a little more notice to setup their thread and perhaps do a kind of summary.

But whatever you all want I just don't see the big deal, after all this is just for fun but it seems to feel more like edited.

LOL...Im not even in the contest but I will chime in and say that every contest I have ever entered had rules and most people know that if the deadline is set and you miss it, your out. Thats just the way contests work.

Comparing it to a dictatorial government is so ridiculous and quite tasteless.

Can the pictures be posted today instead of tomorrow, or must they be on the 15th.

Today or tomorrow. Just make it clear which photo you want me to use in the voting thread. :)
