oh buddy it so does ,ive been biting my tongue for sooooo long, been chatting with the contractor and we are both on the same page about what they want and what i want.....they are a very big company and they dont want alcohol or drugs anywhere near their site and lets face it i dont want to work for someone like that or be affliated with anyone like that, so the company and i have been chatting privately and today we made the decision to let "my boss" go and we will now start a project for them tomorrw.

they wanted him gone so bad that they went and bought me and my partner all new equipment( around 4grand) and said we can pay it off over time.

now without the middle man taking his drinking cut i have a pay raise and new equipment plus me and my roomate bought a truck to keep with the spirits of "professional"

good for you Denny!!! I had a boss I gave it to once and it was awesome! he was a racist biggot. couldn't stand him!

could be the same guy lol i had to play it smart as hes not a very honorable and i figured if i just quit he would be sneaky...so i waited untill i got paid out, talked quietly while i was doing this...now he cant scam me and being a good person has paid off lol:P

i told mine to pay me, lay me off or the labor board would get a call.. for once in his life he listened...

Oh my goodness, what a terrible story (for the ex. boss). Good for you though! It sounds like you have a great opportunity for expansion with this contractor company. Good luck!

It is very rewarding and tiring lol and i wouldn't trade it for anything.just an FYI it gets worse before it gets better, crying peaks at about 2 months then they start to cry less and Goo and gah more :) sooo cute. My son was born Feb 27.... Almost had a leap year baby dammit, birthdays every 4 years woulda been sweet :p congratz and don't forget to enjoy the little moments they more then make up for the hair pulling ones

To be honest with you I'm not super thrilled to be going back to those sleepless nights (sorry Nano and Paddyob), I just hope this one is the polar opposite of my son when he was a newborn. Meaning that this one will actually sleep, eat and not cry 24/7 with colic. That would be great!

keep up this baby talk and i may have to post some resent pictures we got done of the twins...

forewarned the photoshoot went well and there is way too much cuteness. i cant believe its been 9 months already. but they are my life. even through the sleeless nights lol nano and paddyob will do fine as long as they make sure mom gets some attention and help
