Unbelievable / I was there at 12:30 and the place was near full! I asked the waiter where the reefers were , and he was unaware of who the reefers were and looked at me like I was crazy... I was embarassed and just left... oh well

it was great to see some familiar faces and to meet some new ones too......I had a great time at my first E-town reef meet(Cowtown needs to do this).....no pictures yet???...oh.....and the wings were great!:biggrin:

I will print up a table sign that can be displayed that will allow all new reefers to know were we are sitting.

As newbies to this we were unsure of who we would be looking for, and we were the first to show up but Lindsay from BW had told us to look for a fellow in sweats and a t-shirt and that would be Fencer so when he walked in we introduced ourselves.
We knew Steve and Laurie from Red Coral, and Dawn from AI. So we have found that if you are at any of these stores just ask around and you will get to know some of the local can reef members.:biggrin:

Too bad on the failed attempt to find us, and we were the largest, noisiest group there, too, how could the waiter not know?? Must admit, the part about the "Reefer's " might have just threw the waiter off *JUST A BIT*??:razz::razz:

using the term "reefer" the waiter , possibly being younger was thinking he had not seen a table of pot smokers...lol

My wife is from Victoria and that was her first thought...:lol:, I quote "What kind of Meeting?..."
