Mystery solved
I just received a call from Jeff.
A call! I wasn't aware anyone still did that... It appears that their online ordering system was indeed broken after recent changes. He called to handle my order over the phone. Very nice. It's good to see good service is alive and well. Thanks Jeff. |
To SeaHorse_Fanatic: Thanks for the feedback. Indeed our online livestock setup is not finished and the design of the software prevents us from making changes easily at the moment. Much of the livestock system will be fixed up at some point in the future. At the moment we are working on the other more pressing fixes that need to be implemented.
To Fixerupper, babnika, Fishman: It's true that we managed to break our payment system while making other changes in the back end yesterday afternoon. All normal services have been restored, and work on performance enhancement and the other requested changes is ongoing. Thanks again to all for their patience. Jeff J&L Aquatics |
