Good Job!

Hi Josh & Wayner,

Very happy so far with the reflectors; they seem to spread the light very well. Not sure about my bulb selection yet. I have gone with 2x 250w 14k Ushio & 1 x 250w 20k. I wanted to see the difference before making my mind up. The 20k is very blue but i wonder if it will be enough PAR; I love the way it brings out the colours though. The 14k is a cooler white, but doesn't pop the colours as much. I had been running actinics on my last tank so i might end up supplementing these pendants with t5's..

It turned out spectacularly!

I love how our tanks need so much light. Yours is smack dab in the middle of two windows and I'll bet you never open those blinds for fear of sunlight hitting the tank!

^ LOL

AWESOME!!! Very nice. I love how clean they look when they are first set up. Those pendants look real sharp too. :)

Hi,

Yes it's a birds nest  Really pleased that it has kept it's colour.. I was worried that it would be one of the corals to lose the colour during transfer.

Well, the Corals are finally settling in after the transfer and beginning to color up again

i have battled with some tissue recession to the bases but i am glad to say that i have managed to control it

Here are a few random shots that i took yesterday. Some were taken under Actinics.

Cool! Always good to hear that it's under control!!! What sort of thing(s) did you do to keep it at bay?
