Ya dreamin my friend ;)

Yes you are right

2ml of bak
2ml of min-s

after 14 days dose clam mixed with RO

Add to the mix ultra bio being sent to you when you remind me by pm of your address

Aqua-Digital 01-30-2009 01:06 AM

I should add some side notes to those of you that are following this thread

If you have persistant nitrate issues, Bak alone can take some time in getting on top of the issue. So adding the highly potent Ultra Bio to the mix you are adding extremely powerful denitrification bacteria to the tank daily on a controlled level.

adding bio and bak at the same time will destroy ALL bad nutrients fast, this goes for ANY tank.

Ultra bio is the bacteria and Ultra Bak is the food source.

If you just add Ultra Bak, you will in time eliminate the bad guys from the tank, but it takes time as you are boosting the already existing biological loading of your system by direct feeding. By adding Bio you are also massively increasing the amount of bacteria in the tank which then the Ultra Bak will feed.

Result a full LN system! ;)

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i see little grass hopper one thing about reefing you never fully understand all.. i love it

Mike Im curious how long will and can I trial for.. is there a certain deadline.

Aqua-Digital 01-30-2009 01:13 AM

As long as you are happy carrying on there is no deadline.

Dont worry, with ALL fauna products you can stop using them at any time. (but why ;) ) you just need to come off it slowly never go cold turkey!

Once you have you system stable we will then talk about future progressions if you decided to have a system that was free of bad guys and a tank full of lush corals.
