And on a reef related note.. all week as the clean up clean up crew has been working on our house ripping apart our kitchen and the room that was flooded underneath the kitchen they have been turning off the breaker which happens to include the tank. So far every day this week (and last weekend) they have been forgetting to turn the breaker for the tank back on so I've been coming home from work to a dark and still tank  So much fun I can't contain myself right now.

Offer them cookies as bribes to turn the breaker on when they are done for the day

No, explain to your adjuster that the contractor actions will result in the cost of the claim going up when your tank dies.

Better yet have them install a separate circuit as shutting off tank is not acceptable at all.

Compared to the salt thread? Meh it's a toss up.

Everything needs some type of outlet, bottle it all up, it eventually blows. Trust me, I'm a pro at this stuff

I still like you Brad, even with the warning  (although I was too timid to post something about it in the salt thread :surprise: )
