i love the meteor shower / gorg combo that looks sweeeet. i wish i could snap pics of my tank when just my moonlights are on. it's like the glow in the dark bowling.

Know what you mean, if I can ever showcase the tank as we would see it in person under actinic it would be amazing but don't think that's ever gonna happen.

There's a guy that has successfully bred black ice in the lm. Last I heard they were growing nice....congrats on the first clutch!

I think you might be able to pull it off on film because it has a much higher dynamic range and renders light a lot better, but most people on this board probably don't even know what I'm talking about when Isay "film" lol. Anyway, ya, I've often wished for the same on a digital camera. An intensity on any of the colour channels pretty much destroys that sensor's rendering and clips its dynamic range.

I have an old film camera that I've been meaning to experiment with on the tank. Sadly I haven't been able to find any colour film for it. Just black and white film.
