Don't think you'll have any algae problems with that many tangs! Very cool.

That's one way of getting some yellow in the tank. Not many yellow corals so go with nice yellow fish.

How do you keep the tank so clean without any algae!

Thank you.

I do clean the clean front, back and sides, every few days.
sandbed is stirred by a new of critters, and if they get lazy in certain spots I give them a hand.
Water changes, carbon and zeo, and now those tangs pretty much keep the alagae away.

SO i am looking for some ideas for the lighting of my frag area.

Its on the left hand side of the pictures, and the area is 18 x 20 x 8in water depth.

I was first thinking t5s, but then thought about a 150wt mh. then

I seen those vipers 70wt but wasnt sure if they would be worth it or not.

LED did come to mind as well, LOL. pretty much any kind of light came to mind, but i cant nail anything down.

any ideas ???????

I think some t5s still. Light up every last bit of those frags and make them happy.

What's on the tray in your sump? You curing your frag plugs?

yeah just some Boston aquafarm plugs and disks that i had for a while and once i set up the new system i added them in during the cycle so if they had any p04 it would be dissolved by the time SPS hit the water.

if i go with t5s then it woul dhave to be a 24 in fixture.

John i see you don't run the lid on your zeo reactor. do you dose the start food and back right into the reactor then instead of fighting to get it in the pump intake?

Did you read on the zeo start 3 yet?
