So decided to go see a movie tonight (first time with no kids in awhile) and walking from the van to the theatre, my leg went "pop"... Dropped me to the ground, got up and now my leg feel 100x better. I can even walk up stairs normally now

Guess something was somewhere it wasn't supposed to be

Also, did you manage to kill anything on the ride back?

You might have had some torn cartilage jamming your knee joint and it shifted. I've had that in the past. Glad you're feeling better.
