Well lookie what I found in the tank.....right, smack dab in the middle of what used to be a large patch of palys.....the palys had been receding a bit but I thought this was due to a recent move where I put them under an overhang....big sucker....wonder how long its been in the tank?....wonder if there are any more?

Heres a couple pics of a new addition....I picked up a couple "Lace Corals"....they are kinda like non-photosynthetic sps....closely related to fire corals....from what I understand they are somewhat hard to come by.....I placed them out in the light to get pics of them but will tuck them in the shade somewhere.....the one looks blue in the pics but is actuall more the color of grape kool-aid......oh-yeah! http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/IMGP3439.jpg http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/IMGP3440.jpg http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/IMGP3442.jpg http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/IMGP3443.jpg http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/IMGP3444.jpg |

wow, love those lace corals doug. I'm going to have to snag a couple myself. They're great for putting underneath overhangs and cave like areas as they are non photosyntetic I believe.
