Chaloupa 06-27-2007 03:57 AM

K I think Marie needs to share the kind of steroids her corals are on!!! WOW do you ever get good growth!

PoonTang 06-27-2007 04:15 AM

Notice the coraline in behind the frag is growing like mad too. Nice healthy tank conditions.

fastfish 06-27-2007 09:39 AM

Snappy 07-01-2007 05:51 AM

todays favorite...a couple of "run of the mill" pieces that are starting to smarten up.... the first is what I believe to be an Acropora selago. Top down this thing's coralites kind of glow in several colour hues.
http://www.canreef.com/photopost/dat...a_selago11.jpg

and for a little contrast here's what was a plain jane stag that has been morphing out some colour as of late. Blue tips, green coralites and maroon polyps.

PoonTang 07-02-2007 06:41 PM

I'm not certain who your asking as there are a lot of people posting on this thread.

ClubReef 07-03-2007 06:09 AM

Pink milli about to explode with growth (crossing my fingers)
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e3...illiMedium.jpg

Carrot Digitata getting tons of light and showing no green..too lazy to move it further down.

niloc16 08-08-2007 01:54 AM

i have to say, i was really bummed out when this thread died out. i looked forward to logging in and seeing the new additions. so in a lame addition, i'm trying to revive this thread.

i wish this pic would have turned out better, i've waited so damn long for a rainbow monti and finally i have one thanks to SuperFudge ( i had to sign my house and kids over to him  ) i have had it for about a month and it is doing really good.

http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n...f/100_2535.jpg

i fragged this guy today, i wish i had the proper name, it is a wild plating tri-color colony, it always reminds me of lemonade so that is what i have called this Colin's LE lemonade acro. If you know the scientific name for it let me know and i'll split the millions with you:biggrin: . anyway you get the point

michika 08-08-2007 02:00 AM

I miss this thread too.

I just call it Now in Technicolor...
http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...a/PICT0013.jpg

Blue tip stag, growing and coloring up like nobody's business!
http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...a/PICT0015.jpg

Chaloupa 08-08-2007 02:01 AM

Colin...whatever it is, I'll take it! I'm glad you revived it...this was/is a great thread!

christyf5 08-08-2007 02:07 AM

Yeah I sort of forgot about this one. I've got some stuff coloring up again so here's a couple

http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b3...5/P1000103.jpg

http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b3...5/P1000094.jpg

http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b3...5/P1000098.jpg

Chaloupa 08-08-2007 02:15 AM

Christy...those are gorgeous...WOW they seemed to have done OK after the tank crash!

christyf5 08-08-2007 02:17 AM

Yeah everything was brown for about a week or so (some came back faster than others). Big water changes and lots of carbon as well as returning my ozone to its rightful place  helped restore everything to pretty near pre-disaster coloration

marie 08-08-2007 02:48 AM

I had forgotten about this thread. Here is a very nice green millie I got from hidden reef.
