And Joan's Christmas Village: She's now well over 200 pieces; takes her hours to set up. My lousy photography skills don't do it justice. It really is amazing.

I buy a real tree every year. I don't think Christmas smells right without a real tree in the house. :D I like to go to a tree farm, pick one out, and cut it myself, but this year I didn't have time. I got it lat weekend and there were only two left at Home Depot, and the other one was skinny. This one's fat, but short. Only 4' tall. :lol: I took the time to string the 500 lights inside the tree too by running the lights out the end of each branch, and then back in to the trunk. Lights up the inside of the tree and twinkles. :)

Here's ours. Our 4yr grandson did it and we don't have the heart to change it. We think it's great.
