Water tested sump and for a welder and a first attempt at acrylic I must say I even impressed myself.

A couple internal leaks but it was brcause I forgot to cement them

12,000 gal's or so, I like your idea I would never have to by salt again. But not that cheep stuff it has to be Reef Crystals, :twised:

and it is called acrylic welding is it not? so you as a welder should be able to do it.

Melting metal or acrylic same principle done with heat. Different heat temp. Ones with electricity and gas and the other is chemical. Seams have to be flawless for both. Your still welding. Great job.
