If you had taken a little more time and not rushed it you wouldn't have forgotten the shocks :)

There's a hot rod/body shop in Stavely (near Nanton) and the guy there worked on my Merc. I don't know where he found it, but I got a call a couple of weeks ago saying "I think there's a car here you'll want to buy" So I headed down there a few days ago and voila

That is one Sexy car Parker. I love flat black on big cars. I think, though, when the time comes for paint on the Hudson I'll go a pearl midnight blue or something like that...classic with a bit of whooopa

Ain't nothing finer than 2mm of hardened plastic rolling down steep hills. I be rolling and Barbie Big Wheel be hating. Peace.

Snaz - I want your ride! Bet it's good on gas!

Ron99 - who's doing your engine rebuild? I trust you're not going with MCL or Weissach.

Good to see some Porsche's & BMW's on here.

Except for 2 cars, I've only ever owned German vehicles.

a '67 Resto Cal Beetle with Gene Berg blue printed Engine, MK2 Golf GTi 16v (totally stock & mint condition) & '02 Mini Cooper S with John Cooper Works mods being the highlights. (although you can argue that the Mini isn't really German).

Here's my current rides...

Daily Driver (Sorry for the low quality cell phone pics)
