Looks like the rock move went well yesterday. The tank looks great, I like the way you did the rockwork. I can't wait to see it when its really filled in nicely and the finishing work is done up front.

BTW, the anemone is doing great, it found itself a spot it likes, and still viewable too. It ate tonight when I tried feeding. Now I just have to wait for it to grow up and my Tomato clown to move in.

Just something for you to consider with the rock. I also had dense piles of rock, which I now attribute to me tearing downthe tank after many of my corals dying. I removed over 100 pounds of rock and the inside surfaces of these rock piles were disgustingly covered in detritus, grunge, and other nasty compounds. I have tons of flow in my tank.
To build big piles of rock like you have in the corner, I would have put small milk crate type boxes under as a base. Maybe you did already..?

If not, be sure to turkey baste inside the pile regularly...

I can second that because with my corner tank the back corner used to be just a big pile of rock. I always had high nitrates until I adjusted the structure and flow.

The rock is sitting on a shelf made of acrylic. so its compleatly open underneath the rock.

Well, you're smarterer than me!! Is thee any flow under the platform?

There flow directed behind the rocks but theres no output right behind there, there is quite a bit of flow going through the tank so i hope im avoiding most dead spots. And it looks like ill have to let canreef host the pic for a while.

Do you have a picture of your acrylic rock supports?
