Don't have a reptile myself, but my daughter has a veiled Chameleon named Spike. Two years ago for Xmas I built her an enclosure. The top is removable & all the wiring for the lights is up there. I've also been wondering if any lizard owners are switching to LED lighting, particularly for UV. I need to figure out another Xmas present for her, so a cool UV LED fixture would be just the ticket.

The photo is from just before completion & there's been a mod or two since. I used West System epoxy left over from my cedar strip canoe build to water proof the floor & there's a kitchen sink drain fitted down there in case it needs to be drained. The rest of the enclosure is finished with varnish. I had to add a spacer between the cage & the top earlier this year because Spike was getting too close to the light & cooking his back.

Had another baby hatch the other day (another surprise egg) from a gecko I bought... only one egg, i believe it was her first ever! healthy little baby!!! not sure of color yet!

Wow, another gravid female, lucky you! Can't wait to see what all your surprise babies grow to look like.

this last one has me baffled... no harley pattern.. could be a reverse pin.... no clue really!!!

Had two more of remix's hatch tonight!!!!! They are awesome! Now only 3eggs left to hatch out for the season to be done... Pairs start again in January!!!! Had two babies hatch last week (twix's siblings) too many babies running around I need them to grow!

Twix's mom is a reg Harley and dad is a Dalmatian buckskin!

I just had two more babies hatch yesterday! only 3 more eggs to go until my season has ended and only 2.5 months until i deciding on my pairings for the year!!! too many choices!!!!
