Finished the all important egg create on top of the overflow (however I'm sure the little gobies who will first be living in this tank will find their way though :mmph:)

Made some egg create stands. One for the pump to sit on (hose for the pump was a few inches to short to reach the bottom)

one for the skimmer

Did a power out situation (I don't have the loc-line pieces I need to raise the water level higher) to make sure the sump wouldn't over flow, needless to say I have an inch to spare, cutting it close though.

Added salt

Which raised the water level a lot more then I thought it would. The black line is where the water level was, and I drew an arrow to show where the level rose to.

Looks nice it's coming together! Is that a marineland tank? looks like it... they're nice.

As for the stand for the return pump... I've plumbed my last 2 tanks with the return pump dangling from the piping so the bottom doesn't touch the glass. Helped a lot with noise levels on my eheim 1262 and well... my current laguna pond pump doesn't have a flat base anyways lol.

Ya, Im just nervous about suspending it..... It's only on there with one of those plastic ratcheting hose clamps ATM.....it would suck if the pump popped off the hose..... I will probably secure it a little better when I go up next

Ya I made a stand cause Doug (for the reasons he mentioned above) told me to.

Not sure what brand of tank it is. I bought it from another canreef member. I'll check it when I'm at home and see if it says anything on the tank.
