I did'nt vote 'cause the method I use is'nt on the poll. I use a zapper on them, works for majano's as well.

Edit: I've also had him 6 months now, long after the aptasia were done, and he thrives on mysis. In my mind, absolutely the best defense against aptasia..

I think anyone who has had one won't go back to other methods, and I agree they are the ultimate Solution, mine also ate mysis like a champ and I had him in with everything he had about 70 different coral to choose from abd ge chose aiptasi and then mysis like nothing:) up close they are cool looking lots of little detail :)

Best, most effective method EVER: Step one - Remove piece of rock from tank Step two - torch the bugger with a lighter until it pops and turns black Step 3 - Laugh maniacly (sp???)

Works like a charm. Only hitch is that you need to remove the infested piece of rock for a couple of minutes.

None of the above!
My Majestic Angel takes care of Aptasia, and also takes care of my LPS and Zeos and ocasionally SPS if he's in a bad mood.
