Hello,
Guys we hear you all about turning it back on. And thanks for your enthusiasm with the site. But please bear with us at the moment. I'm working on something for the site currently and I do have Tapatalk on my agenda. Titus |

Hello,
Well, not by end of the month. There are other software and infrastructure releases up coming on a much bigger scale than Tapatalk and resources need to be allocated to those projects at the moment. Titus |
Hi Titus,
Thanks for the site upgrade it seems everyhing working great  Any plan for enabling the tapatalk ? |
Hello,
Not yet. I still have a long list of to dos behind the scene before getting to this. Things like security, remote access for the Staff team, monitoring, and there appears to have been a mail issue. After all these, I have to update the board's software, then do a migration to the v4 version. Then I need to revisit some long planned enhancement also. But somewhere along all this I do have Tapatalk in mind and will try to schedule in when I can review its security and feature set again. Titus |

I'd be more afraid of Titus kicking you in your low hanging fruit type things if you keep riding his butt about this. My 0.02 lol.

I can sympathize with a user who misses a great way to read his favourite forums and I can sympathize with a sysadmin who always has more work than he needs.
The trick is finding the right balance, user vs. sysadmin. I think is this case I would side with the users and move tapatalk higher up the priority list but this is not my forum and only my opinion. |

Hello,
Guys I am reading this thread from time to time. I have the following on my list which I believe is a bit more important than enabling Tapatalk. -Re-enabled photopost and vbGallery (both are down after the site transfer due to code incompatability). -Fix a utilization issue on hardware. -A few other non-imminent issues but stuff I need to work on to get the site moving forward. The PhotoPost thing is an outage for me. The utilization issue can potentially thrash the site (not likely but I see increase in alerts I'm getting). Tapatalk has a work around, however, by browsing the site using normal browser. I think the choice is clear to me. Titus |
