Still messin with the sump return. getting the overflow to work nicely, and the return not to siphon. FTS http://banditpowdercoat.com/Powderga...2/Dsc00039.jpg Anti-Siphon device. A straw that will be in the overflow. WHen the power goes out, overflow drains faster than tank, then the straw becomes uncovered and stops the siphon. Under normal operation, the overflow level is higher than the straw and the water does not splash. That is my idea. Waiting for Silicone to set up for a trial. http://banditpowdercoat.com/Powderga...2/Dsc00037.jpg |

Ohh I did that allright. More to the fact that the overflow needed to be siliconed in, BUT, without water in tank, couldnt see how it's going to be. Kinda a catch 22. Wasn't sure how high above the overflow, the water level would be |
Overflow looks sweet Dan! Curious to know how it works out for you. :)

On the testing, its working awesome. the herbie is working great. really sensitive on the gate valve when you get close to equalibrium. But the overflow pulls a 1/4" skim off the top of the tank. All the way across. Thats with about 1100GPH flow :D
Just draining the tap water now, 4 days from now, should have the tank full of RO/DI Damn 50gpd units HAHAHA |
:lol::wink:garden hose is quicker :surprise::surprise::twised:
