I go to SFU and work downtown and J&L is on my way back home every single day. I suck at resisting temptation. hey off topic, did anyone else see those two ribbon eels they had (dunno if they're still there)? man those things were sexy.

Alright, back up yer statement with a reason or we will disreguard what you are saying completly. If J&L has been so bad to you you are almost obliged to share your experience here. You know something we don't? Share it with us so we don't get burned. The good stores (J&L in particular in my experience) value all of us as long term customers. Wow, I feel pretty jiped now. I've had two bad experiences, and nothing was done to rectify those issues. The best I was offered was a free calender for getting a damaged and scratched tank, after I specifically asked they check the tank before shipping. :redface: But I will admit I have had good service on other orders! :mrgreen:

And what the heck, I didn't get a free t-shirt? I've spent at least $2000+ with J&L via internet :(

I'm with ya Marie...I think in the last 2 months I have spent $2000.00+ with the new lights....ugh....hey I think we deserve more than a Tshirt but an entire outfit!
