Hello All

I'm not sure if anyone can help me out but I bought the Neptune Controler from this guy with the AquaNotes 3.00 and he never gave me the ID/serial number.

Now he has fallen from the face of the earth for over a month and still hasn't produced the number. I fear he has already moved to Vancouver.

If anyone can help me out that would be great.

If your talking about the serial number on the Aquacontroller itself, do the self test and it will be displayed. If you need the id. number for aquanotes for the install I think you'll have to track the guy down. When I needed AC tech help I had to fax a photo copy of the original disk and the serial number so they could transfer ownership to me from the previous owner. Maybe if you know the guys name and you can prove you have the original copy maybe Neptune will help you out. They were pretty accomodating to me once they knew my program wasn't a copy.
