Lookin' mighty fine Brett! I love that light rack idea.
Now grow corals grow!

Both of my arms have red patches that feel like someone stabbed me with a lit cigarette. They're raised and look to be pus-filled (how's that for a visual?) I was feeling a burny itching while I was detailing all of my old rock. Some of this work involved scraping some palys and zoas off a rock I wanted them off of

Uh oh! Keep a close eye on that. I've never experienced it but heard some nasty stories.

Really like the rock scaping! How did you manage to get the pieces to hold?

Only have a 2 year old+ phoenix over the tank for kicks till the rest of my gear arrives. Made taking shots tough so I had to turn on the fugly florescents. Room's still FULL of junk too so picture-taking room's at a premium :twised:

If you watch the whole thing you'll see I've abandoned drawer slides finally in favour of a pvc light rack. It allows me to slide each light individually front-to-back and side-to-side. Lovin' it!

Dude. That's genius. That's exactly what I was looking for. Consider that idea stolen. Well, borrowed with credit anyway.

How are the arms today?

My spots are more itchy than painful. They look redder but only because the areas around them seem to have calmed down. My right arm has more and they're larger. It was in the water longer. What baffles me is these are point-source looking things almost like I got bit. I don't recall the rocks touching my arms directly so why are my arms simply red all over? Strange.

Wow very nice!! There is nothing more beautiful than a BIG reef tank. Well done, your hard work shows in your tank and on your body

That's strange about your arms I hope they heal and feel better soon.

Note to self: buy reef gloves to wear when moving Doug's rock to his new tank.

I hate you, absolutely despise you!!!! Well not really, but I sure get frustrated seeing such a beautiful tank, when mine doesn't even compare. Well done, maybe one day some of us can see this masterpiece in person?
