Update time. Still a bit vague but they said in an email today that they will be shipped out this week(early or late i am not sure). So i would be confident saying that orders will ship out from here next week. Depending on how early this week they get them out will decide when they will be going out next week. But i will say for sure that the pumps will not sit here for more then 12-24 hours from when they arrive. I will also talk to harry and figure out when he is headed to the coast and set up the drop offs for those who are meeting him based on that(i will post after i speak to him to let those people know what day he is headed down).

Again thanks everyone for the patience in dealing with this. With it being my first dealing with Jebao directly it did not follow the exact timeline i had hoped/was stated at beginning by them. But it has not been that bad and if we do something like this again in the future i am sure it will be much easier to figure out logistics/time lines then.

all who have emailed about the refund will get refunded in the next day or so and then i will email all others who have not yet contacted to try to figure out what to do with them.

One thing i am seeing in other forums is that the new controllers speed adjustment is limited to the w1 mode(wave) and the stationary speeds. But the else mode(similar to reefcrest/random) is just run at standard power as well as the other wave modes besides the w1. So it may still be needed for some folks to get the variable supply. But we will see when they arrive i guess.

if that's the case then I still want the adapter :wink:

PS, know its not your fault, done a lot of overseas shipping with my biz too, They dont seem to care that their end wholesalers have people and sales there waiting on. But from what you've posted, Jebao has kept you informed, which is more than I can say for some of my past suppliers

They will be arriving tomorrow and shipping asap (probably thursday depending when they arrive).

For the Vancouver and area people: Harry is coming down on Thursday so he will be making drops on his way to the coast. I know for sure that JL Aquatics will be one stop (please go in a buy something or at least check out what they got as their livestock and services are fantastic). Harrys # is:2502125166 so please text him to make arrangements if you don't have any set up already. If Thursday does not work, he is at work for 10 days and then passes back through and can make stops on the return trip as well if needed. (Thanks very much to Harry for doing this as it saved quite a few people some shipping cost and myself at least 1 cart full to the post office).

There will be pumps available as long as these Americans stop ordering them all. So if anyone missed out you can order freely and don't forget to use the code: CANREEF and it will save a few $$.

Hey, is there anybody that lives in the north surrey area or by a skytrain station, that is picking there's up. Im working busy hours till Friday. I am in Langley, 10 min off the freeway taking the 232 St exit, and near the airport. Don't know if there are others with orders in Langley, but am willing to accept shipments at my place. Then, from Langley, you could continue on to Cloverdale on the #10 Hwy.

If that doesn't work, I could pick up my order at Kelly's in Cloverdale, if that is OK with him.

I'm in west Cloverdale near the athletic fields: 60th and 163rd street.

If you want to pick up at my place, that's not a problem. Just let Nick, Harry and myself know.

I am really close to JL aquatics if any one who can't make it or need more time I can always pick it up and hold it for you. BTW There is gonna be a JL stop right?
I can also host some people at my house for pick up too.

Damn, i am almost wishing now that they were a day late so that i would have to drive them down and get to see all your tanks first hand along the way.

if possible can people that have not already said so in here that are acting as a pick up spot and can hold pumps for people please post here with location as it may save harry 10 texts and having many stops within a small area (unless he wants to stop and see all your goodies.. which i kinda would).
