Nice looking SPS you got there. It's funny how the colors always look so much more vibrant on the top down shots. Thanks for sharing!

http://i406.photobucket.com/albums/p...12/DPP_018.jpg I think it was the funky radion lights doing the special effects. If it ever turns out like that pic I will be sure to save a sliver for you. Here is the top down of the PP shortcake... http://i406.photobucket.com/albums/p...12/DPP_020.jpg[/quote] It is the left piece to the setosa... Grayish pink-purple with some green. I do get PE but not in this pic. |

Things are looking great Wayne.
I found the PP shortcake is slow to color up but once it starts it it changes fairly quickly. |
Looking good Wayne, is the radion fixed yet?

Thanks! I am currently discussing with Martin on the defective replacement radion. The internal clock seems to be defective as it is not syncing with the Ecotech software (program)... At least there is light... but sure is a pain to turn it on and off everyday. Wayne |
Looks good Wayne. Can't wait to see it in person :)

Once received I will change all the Radion lens (the TIR lens kits are sitting on the shelf at the moment)! Certainly a good start for Sept after a crappy Aug.. |

Thank you and thank you for the info on the PP Shortcake! |

Wayne the new lenses for the Radions are awesome ! I can't believe how much brighter and way better spread they are now. The swap is easy and the enclosed instructions are very clear.
We did have a chuckle, as part of the install is to add two clips to hold the wire harness away from the LEDS.. Something that obviously should have been done during manufacture:wink: |

Recieved the replacement radion for the original replacement radion this evening.unlike the first time, the package arrived in a reasonable time. I have set the new light along with the new TIR lens for all three units. The replacement light seems to be working properly along with the two original lights and the light program seemed to work fine in demo mode. Now to test to see if it can run a full cycle without any problems...
As for the TIR lens, they seemed much brighter, better spread and able to reach the corals near the bottom better. I have toned down the intensity level at this time to 70% and will monitor and increase the intensity level gradually over time. |
Nice photos! What lens did you use for the photos?
