He was the newbie who got pranked his first night on shift pretty bad. They put broken glass around and in his new truck and rolled down the window. They waited for him to finish shift, and find the mess. When he found the mess, a senior man told him about the "emergency window" and how its in all the new trucks, in case of window damage. So they rolled up the window and sent him on his way. My brother believed them for a few minutes to I hear.

I did hear that story, its made the rounds of the stations and shifts  I pressume that the exam he has coming up would be his 11 month, basically the end of his probationary period. Wish him luck.

Geologist for a small oil and gas company that has property in North Africa. Got to go to the middle of the Sahara. If someone tells you deserts are hot and dry, they are lying :D. Spent a week in the middle of the Sahara and it was cold and rainy the whole time.

:agrue:

Not even going to get into the politics of this comment. Just though I would show my respect and appreciation to those that serve in our armed forces and also my respect for a fellow Canreef member. Guess this is lost on some people.

thats a pretty asinine comment that I take offense to as one of the people that is willing to give my life for your freedom. are we being attacked directly, no but indirectly every day. with out the presence and willingness of the military there is a good chance we would not enjoy the freedoms and right we now enjoy.
