The frags have been shipped and will be at my place by noon tomorrow. PM me for my address. I will unbox and float them as soon as they arrive. Please pick them up tomorrow evening.

Hey guys,
Sorry to announce this but the frags did not make it to my place today. There was a problem with one of the planes which did not allow enough time to load the package onto the delivery truck this morning. I have called UPS a few times to see what options we have (I even asked about picking it up from their depot) and was promised a call back but it's been a couple of hours now and haven't heard anything... I'll try again in a bit but things look bleak at the moment..

It is funny, the average quality score of UPS out of 77 users is 1 (where 1 is poor and 30 is perfect).

So they have me running around Vancouver/Burnaby meeting drivers. To me it seems they don't actually know where the package is... on the bright side they are communicating with me now.. ...

The local depot isn't any more help than the regular client care number :(

Devin should file for shipping refund even if the corals survive by the time it is delivered.

Sorry to report that the box is still MIA. They have asked that the shipper contact their tracking department to file a claim. I'll send Devin a PM now as well.

on the phone with UPS they said they found the box but chances of SPS making this long is slim. Going to try to file a claim lets see what happens.

This will be the last time I ship with UPS.
