whoops dont know what i was thinking... salt would go up with more evaporation right?

Forgive me if I seem picky, cuz I think ya get it, but...the salt wouldn't go up...the ratio of salt to water would.

yup exactly, ratio would change to less water to salt, therefore salinity is higher :)
